Nesting Behavior

The vireo makes a nest of grass that is suspended in a horizontal fork of a dense bush. The nest is bound together with spider web. Incubation is by both parents; the 3 to 4 white eggs hatch in about 15 days; and the young will leave the nest 10 to 12 days after hatching. (c) LgPacker
