Although not in the same area as most of the birds in this group, this Osprey was spotted soaring over Dyess AFB in early spring. I just wanted to point out the numerous dark streaks around the neck, making this bird a possible female. This photo also shows great field marks: white body and coverts, dark wrist (on the leading edge of wing), and dark secondaries (the dark feathers on the trailing edge of the wing). (c)LgPacker
