Scissor-tailed Flycatchers

Two Scissor-tailed Flycatcher juveniles wait patiently for their parents to bring food. Although they resemble Western Kingbirds because of their yellow tinged bellies and faint dark eye line, their white heads help in their identification. In a few weeks their tails will grow out and they'll begin to acquire adult plumage.
