You’ve found the page that describes the birding locations around Abilene and the Big Country including Taylor, Jones, Shackleford, Callahan, Coleman, Runnels, Coke, Nolan, and Fisher Counties. Directions to the best birding spots at each location, a photo of the place and a MAP will be posted. Just click on a link at left and read on. If your favorite birding spot is not listed, let us know and we’ll add it to our locations. Eventually all places will have pictures and directions; please be patient as we add these updates.
